Insights
Understand how your people actually work, before you decide what the office should look like.
An office built on assumptions goes wrong in predictable ways.
Management believes everyone is in on Tuesdays. Employees miss quiet rooms. Nobody knows how many meeting rooms are enough. Insights asks the people concerned and turns their answers into evidence that holds for the whole project.
- Organisations looking for premises or reworking their officeA new office, larger, smaller or a different way of working.
- Workplace managersWho want to know whether today’s space is used as intended.
Three steps from question to evidence.
- Ask your employeesThe survey takes about ten minutes. It asks what the week looks like: focused work, meetings, collaboration and remote work.
- The answers become personasThe analysis groups ways of working into personas and shows how attendance is spread across the week.
- The gaps show what to changeThe gap analysis sets what matters against what works today, and the evidence moves on to the next step.
Evidence that management and the project can stand on.
Insights is the first step. The rest builds on the answers.

About Insights
How long does the survey take for employees?
About ten minutes. It works on a phone and can stay open for two to three weeks, so that people who are rarely in the office also have time to answer.
Who sees the answers?
You see summaries for groups, never individual answers. Respondents can read how the answers are handled on the page For respondents.
Can we use Insights without planning a new office?
Yes. Many start by understanding how today’s office is used and then decide whether anything should change.
What do we need to get started?
An account for the organisation and a list of departments. We go through the set-up in a walkthrough, and the survey can go out the same week.
See Insights with an example like yours.
A walkthrough takes 30 minutes. We show the survey, the analysis and how the answers feed into the space requirement.
